"As a former football player I was used to lifting a lot of heavy weights. But as I have aged and developed some chronic back pain, I have had to change my workout strategy. Greg is super convenient comi by to my house- and with minimal equipment, lots of bands and resistance, light dumbbells he has customized a plan for me that keeps me working and playing relatively pain free…. Has improved my core strength translating to more power in my golf game and also improved endurance snowboarding. Highly recommend! Plus- he is a nice guy"
